Mr. Radhe Shyam Khetan is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), at Keventer Projects Limited – the Real Estate Division of Keventer Group. A Commerce Graduate from Calcutta University, Mr. Khetan started his career as a Sales Manager in Madanlal Agencies Limited, the parent company of Keventer Group in the year 1985.

A dynamic personality, Mr. Khetan’s innovative skills in problem solving accompanied by a wide experience in formulation of real estate strategies, business development, quality of property developed and environment friendliness of business has made him one of the core members of the Keventer Projects team. A business leader and a team person that he is, Mr. Khetan believes in leading from the front and has effectively acted as a mentor to the Real Estate Team, guiding associates in achieving their targets.

B.P Singh Roy, COO – Sales & Marketing, has dedicated 30 years to the Realty Sector in Domestic & International Markets. He spear-headed the challenging assignments of Regional Head – East BHW-Birla Home Finance Ltd., he was Head Marketing & Business Development – East, DLF Ltd., and acted as Advisor to MD – Sales & Marketing – Siddha Group. He has held the position of Assistant Vice President – Sales & Marketing at Emami Realty Limited.

B.P Singh Roy is a Science Graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata with a Master’s in Oceanography,a MBA from IISWBM and a MCA from Jadavpur University Kolkata. He is also a Certified Banking and Home Finance Professional from National School of Banking – Pune.

Amongst the many awards won by him are Marketer of the Year – 13th Realty Plus Conclave & Excellence Awards 2022, Marketer of the Year (Real Estate Sector) – West Bengal Real Estate Leadership Awards 2021, 100 Most Influential Marketing Leaders, World Marketing Congress 2018

He has also been affiliated as the Member of British Indian Association dedicated to preservation of History and Education and as President of Shramana Charitable Trust, dedicated to Healthcare & Rehabilitation of Homeless Elders.

Hemansu Pathak is the Head of Projects of the Company. He holds a Masters Degree in Construction management from NICMAR and is a Post graduate diploma holder in computer programming. He has over 35 years of experience in development of projects in Hotels, Residential and Commercial buildings. Prior to joining our Company, he has worked with Bengal NRI Complex, Lodha Group, Bombay Realty and other companies. Presently, he holds the position of COO – Projects, Keventer Group.

Efficient Team Leader capable of handling Engineers, contractors to complete the construction activities in coordination with consultants/architects. Planning, organizing and controlling of project development. Hands on exposure to project planning, scheduling, controlling and monitoring techniques and practices on project of mega scale.

A passionate leader having demonstrated competencies in establishing large scale prestigious project ventures, created synergies and drove operational excellence. As a Head of various Project Operations, have implemented strategic initiatives, responsible for setting up the operational framework and ensured setting up of seamless engineering operations by leading high performance teams. Gathered experience in laying down systems and processes, developing operational metrics and models, managed the end to end cycle including Construction Management, Administration of Contracts, Budgeting, Estimating, Tendering and Resources Management.

Mr. Loknath Pal a senior civil professional with over three decades of experience in large-scale real estate, infrastructure, industrial, and urban development projects. He holds advanced qualifications in Environmental Engineering and Construction Management. He is currently serving as Head – Projects at Keventer Realty, Kolkata, leading major high-end residential, affordable housing, and commercial developments. Previously, he worked as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Protech Group, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of large hi-end and affordable sector projects. His expertise includes project planning, scheduling, budgeting, value engineering, BIM coordination, contract administration, and multidisciplinary team leadership. At Bengal Ambuja, he managed over 4 million sq. ft of major housing, commercial, and land development projects. He also held a key leadership position with BHPE–Kinhill Joint Venture, Australia, where he contributed to Asia’s largest mechanized coal handling project at Paradip Port, covering major civil, industrial, marine, rail, and conveyor infrastructure. He has significant international exposure as Resident Engineer for The Pearl-Qatar development, one of the region’s most prestigious urban projects. His experience with STUP Consultants includes delivering major flyovers and tollway projects under Japanese and international funding. At Development Consultants Ltd. (DCL), he managed industrial, mining, and residential works, including coal handling systems and heavy industrial structures. He has also executed World Bank–funded institutional and sewage treatment projects.

He holds membership and fellowships with reputed professional bodies in civil and environmental engineering, reflecting his recognized expertise and commitment to the advancement of the profession. Known for strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, quality management, and timely project delivery, he has worked extensively across India and abroad.

Avijit is a seasoned professional being a registered Architect, Town Planner and Chartered Engineer, holding degrees from Bengal Engineering College, Shibpur (Now IIEST): a Master of Town & Regional Planning (1997) and a Bachelor of Architecture (1995).

His extensive experience spans master planning, project management, design coordination, civil construction, and business development for a diverse portfolio of large-scale buildings and integrated townships. Avijit’s expertise covers programme management, execution, and design-and-build coordination.

Throughout his career at prominent firms including ITD Cementation India Ltd (now Cemindia), AECOM India, Shapoorji Pallonji, Surbana International Consultants, and CB Richard Ellis South Asia, he has managed high-profile projects. Notable work includes the EPC execution of the Thal Sena Bhawan project in Delhi (a GRIHA Exemplary Award winner for water management), the SCB Medical College Redevelopment (a 5000-bed hospital) in Cuttack, 18 Super Specialty Hospitals for the Govt. of West Bengal (about 6000 beds), the Shapoorji Pallonji Sukhobrishti project in Kolkata (20,000 apartments), and developing the Kazi Nazrul Islam Airport at Durgapur.

Recognized for his contributions, Avijit was honoured as an Eminent Architectural Engineer by the Institution of Engineers and has won several design competitions, including those for the NIO Auditorium Goa and Cantonment Board Jabalpur.

Sashank Shah is the Head of Corporate Finance, Strategy & Investor Relationships of the Company. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the T.A. Pai Management Institute. He has over 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and structured finance. Prior to joining, he has worked with Deloitte, HSBC and J.P. Morgan. He is currently – Director, Kolkata One Excelton (JV with Tata Housing – “88 EAST”).

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (Honours) from St.Xaviers College, Kolkata. He is a chartered accountant and a company secretary and is also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has 15 years of Professional Experience in Real Estate Sectors.

Prior to joining our Company, he has worked with Mani Group for more than 8 years. He joined our company during December ,2016

Suparna Mucadum serves as the Head of Marketing and Brand Custodian at our company. A Bachelor of Home Science from Jadavpur University, Suparna brings over 25 years of extensive experience in marketing, branding, managing multiple brands, advertising, media planning, and market research. Before joining our team, she made significant contributions at renowned advertising agencies such as JWT, Rediffusion Brand Solutions Pvt Ltd., Genesis Advertising Pvt Ltd, and Grey Worldwide.

With expertise in crafting brand strategy and fostering consumer engagement, Suparna is committed to driving excellence in the FMCG sector. Her focus lies in creating memorable brand experiences and dedicating herself to delivering quality and innovation, advocating for excellence in everyday products.

Ujjwal Kumar Bose is a senior legal professional with over 23 years of experience across capital markets, petrochemicals, Big Four consulting, traditional manufacturing, and large-scale real-estate development. He began his career as an independent counsel before the Calcutta High Court and has since held key in-house roles with organisations such as Reliance Capital, Haldia Petrochemicals, the B.K. Birla Group, PwC, Bengal NRI Complex Ltd., and currently, the Keventer Group.

His real-estate exposure includes handling complex legal, regulatory, and governance matters for landmark developments, including Urbana, one of Eastern India’s largest integrated township projects, giving him deep insight into large-format urban development and infrastructure-led real estate.

Ujjwal has been closely involved in high-value transactions, international arbitration, disinvestment matters, and privacy-law frameworks aligned with GDPR. A Fellow of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), USA, he is also an active researcher with national-level publications and a strong commitment to pro bono legal and community service.

Sheetal Khanna is the Head of Corporate Communication at the Keventer Group, with over two decades of experience across fashion, luxury hospitality, FMCG, and real estate. Alongside managing the CMD’s office, she brings strategic clarity and cross-industry insight to the Group’s expanding realty portfolio.
